Terms of sale
Prices are subject to interim range and price changes;
All prices quoted include VAT.
Orders are processed in order of receipt.
We always send you an email confirming your order.
Delivery time:
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
We try to ship orders placed on working days before 3 pm on the same day.
However, we are not always able to meet this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
In principle, we do not send partial deliveries.
Delivery is via PostNL.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
When you spend up to € 50, the shipping costs for packages are € 9.95 and € 6.95 for letterbox packages.
When spending between € 50 and € 100, the shipping costs for packages are € 8.50 and € 6.95 for letterbox packages.
When you spend over € 150, shipping is free
Collection in our shop is of course without additional costs.
Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany:
When you spend up to € 150, the shipping costs are € 19.50
For orders above € 150, the shipping costs are € 14.50
Shipping costs to other countries are displayed during the ordering process.
We ship the goods upon receipt of the amount due.
Returns:
If the ordered item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after postmark.
Advance notice by email is appreciated.
The amount of the purchase (not the postage) will then be refunded within 30 days.
Return shipments must reach us in the same condition as they were sent to the buyer.
The risk of return shipments is expressly for the sender.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than is necessary to try the product,
then we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.
So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
Registration for a workshop, course or masterclass:
1. * Registration for a workshop, course or masterclass can only be done in writing by submitting the fully completed registration form on our website.
2. * Registration also means that you agree to the conditions as described here.
3. * For the workshops and courses given by Boektotaal, a deposit of 25% of the total participation amount will be charged. An invoice will be sent by email upon registration.
This invoice must be paid within 2 weeks of the invoice date and the invoice also serves as confirmation of registration.
You will receive an invoice for the remaining amount six weeks before the start of the workshop or course.
If you register within six weeks before the start of the workshop or course, you will receive an invoice for the full amount.
4. * For masterclasses by (foreign) guest teachers, a deposit of 30% of the total participation amount will be charged. An invoice will be sent by email upon registration.
This invoice must be paid within 2 weeks of the invoice date and the invoice also serves as confirmation of registration.
You will receive an invoice for the remaining amount six weeks before the start of the masterclass.
If you register within six weeks before the start of the masterclass, you will receive an invoice for the full amount.
5. * If you cancel participation in a workshop and course given by Boektotaal, the following rules apply:
Cancellation can only be communicated in writing.
Cancellation is possible up to three weeks prior to the workshop or course. The amount already paid will then be refunded minus 5% administration costs.
No refund will be given if you cancel less than three weeks before the start of the workshop or course. If another student can take your place, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. * If you candel participation in a master classes given by a (foreign) guest teachers, the following rules apply:
Cancellation can only be communicated in writing.
Cancellation is possible up to six weeks prior to the masterclass. The amount already paid will then be refunded minus 10% administration costs.
No refund will be given if you cancel less than six weeks before the start of the workshop or course. If another student can take your place, the amount paid will be refunded.
7. * If you do not show up without notice, no refund will be given.
8. * If Boektotaal has to cancel the workshop, course or masterclass due to circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded.
9, * Participation in the workshop, course or masterclass is at your own risk. This means that damage to body and personal property (or loss) is at your own risk.
10. * Additional consultation is always possible.
